Tyrone B. Rice - President
Ty has been involved in earth moving with Rice & Rice, Inc. since 1985. Ty has worked in every phase of the companies operations to include: Operator, Site Foreman, Project Manager, Estimator and Executive. Ty has managed several projects from the beginning to end that have revenues ranging from 5 million to 10 million plus. Ty has estimated and managed projects such as large commercial and residential sites, channel improvements, sand/gravel mining, and large gravel import projects. Ty has consistantly proven to be able to bid jobs which are on time, on budget, and according to specification and contract requirements. He is knowledgable with working in the Pueblo County area and has a good relationship with all governing County, City and CDOT entities. Certification include: American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED.

Troy M. Trimble - Vice President
Troy has been with Rice & Rice, Inc. for 34 years as an Operator, Engineer, Construction Manager, and Chief Estimator. Troy joined the Operating Engineers Local #9 in 1986 and operated a variety of equipment until 1992, when he was promoted to Foreman, running jobs with revenues from $ 1,000,000.00 to $ 7,000,000.00 consisting of many thousands of yards of dirt moved. Responsibilities ranged from staking, safety, coordinating productive mehtods in the field, building resdiential, commecial, highway, military installations, and golf courses throughout Colorado. In 2005 he moved into the estimating department. Troy is experienced in the Agtek Earthwork 3-D, Leica GPS Control, HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job Management System. Additional certifications include: American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED.

Black Hills Airport Generation Station (Pueblo, CO): Moved 700,000 cubic yards of dirt, import of 150,000 tons of road base and select fill, installation of utilities, rip rap, erosion control measures, installation of concrete culvert boxes, road widening operations consisting of concrete paving, road base material, guardrail, and proper erosion control measures.
2. Multi Purpose Gun Ranges (Fort Carson, CO): Earthwork operations, road base prep operations, road base, proper erosion control measures.

Kirk Ager - General Superindendent
Kirk has been with Rice & Rice, Inc. since 1980. Prior to this he operated and owned his own excavation company. He has been employed as an Operator, Foreman, and Superintendent. Kirk has played an instrumental role in project start up and submittal procedures through to project closeout. He has worked as a Superintendent on jobs which range from $ 100 thousand to 10 Million. the types of projects has has managed include: schools, channel improvements, landfills, sitework, highway, and residential. He has certifications which include: DOT Erosion Control Supervisor, OSHA Competent Person, American Red Cross CPR/First Aid/AED trained.
